DayBreak Adult Day Services provides medically necessary services through contact with our trained and professional staff of state tested nursing assistants, Licensed and Registered nurses, Licensed Social Worker, Physical, Occupational and Speech therapists.
Therapy services:
Physical, Occupational and Speech therapy services are available to clients attending DayBreak. DayBreak staff will contact the client’s physician for the necessary documentation to provide services. Most therapy services are billable to Medicare and most other insurances. The large therapy gym is located down the hall from the day services center.
